After the break, you continued to develop your own training programme. You were shown
some examples of training provision
3.3 YOUR FACE-TO-FACE LEARNING TASKS WERE
You were asked to draw a mind map that represents the features of your team-training programme. In groups of 3 you shared your mind map and provided critical feedback to your colleagues on how to take their programme forward. You gave a 3 minute presentation to the whole group, telling them the name of your training programme, who it is for, what methods you will use, and how you will use the resilience scale to ascertain resilience and wellbeing in your team over time.
